Hydrogen energy is a clean and renewable source of power that releases no harmful emissions into the atmosphere when we burn hydrogen with oxygen. Green hydrogen is defined as hydrogen produced from renewable energy sources, it is experiencing a global resurgence and has been identified as the clean energy source that could help bring the world to net-zero emissions in the coming decades.
Currently, most hydrogen is produced from fossil fuels, specifically natural gas, from electricity (grid or renewable sources such as wind, solar), from geothermal or biomass energies. With Talos' new technologies, using wind energy to directly produce hydrogen becomes possible.
